A STUNNING SECOND-HALF COMEBACK FROM THE BLUE, BLACK & WHITE SECURES THE BONUS-POINT WIN IN THIS EVENING'S LOCAL DERBY AGAINST GLOUCESTER

After a disappointing first-half performance from Stuart Hooper's men, Bath Rugby scored four second-half tries to overcome their local rivals in a closely fought contest! Two tries scored in quick succession by Tom Dunn sparked a sensational comeback, with Lewis Boyce and Ben Spencer confirming the vital bonus-point moving them to second in the Gallagher Premiership.

With so much anticipation for the penultimate match of the season, it was a poor first-half performance with Gloucester scoring the only try through Chris Harris. Billy Twelvetrees ensured the visitors were leading 13-3, which is the first time Bath have trailed in a match at half-time since the restart.

It was an incredibly tense finish at the Rec, with both West Country sides giving everything during a highly entertaining second-half. This fantastic win was topped off by England wing Joe Cokanasiga making his first appearance of the season in his comeback from injury. A welcomed return ahead of a pivotal trip to Allianz Park, where the lads will be able to confirm their playoff position!

The character and resilience from this team has been nothing short of sensational since the restart and Stuart Hooper will be hoping this continues through to next week for a tough challenge against the Gallagher Premiership champions.
